Before School Care:
OMS Montessori offers a Before School Care program option starting at 7:30 a.m., which will be available starting Monday, January 5th, 2026. Before School Care runs from 7:30 a.m. to 8:35 a.m.
After School Care:
Students who are staying for After School Care will go to the Elementary playground after class. Students will spendtime outdoors as much as possible, weather permitting. After School Care runs from 4:00 p.m. to 5:45 p.m.
A late fee of $6.50 will be charged for every minute beyond 5:45 p.m. Invoices will be provided at the end of each month.
After School Clubs:
Students can choose to participate in After School Clubs, which are typically eight-week extracurricular programs put on by third party businesses. The After School Clubs vary every term and require an additional fee, with a reduced rate for students who are enrolled in After School Care.
Flat Rate Plan versus Unplanned Supervision Rate
Flat Rate Plan:
- optimal for daily Before and After School Care needs,
- price is based on the number of days in the term
- childcare costs are included on Parent–Teacher Conference days; however, field trip costs on those days are additional.
Packages must be purchased before December 15th, 2025.
Unplanned Before and After School Care rate for parents without a supervision package who may need occasional care due to a later than 4:00 p.m. pick-up, please call the office and let us know you need supervision.
- Price is $40.00 per day for Before or After School, or $80.00per day for Before and After Care

Additional Information:
- students must be signed-in and out with Before and After Care Staff for security purposes,
- a late fee of $6.50 per minute will be charged for every minute beyond 5:45 m.,
- Child Care tax receipts are processed each February for the previous calendar

- Package Before and After School Care: $2,349.00
To register your child for Before or After School Care, please visit the OMS Montessori Parent Portal (parent.omsmontessori.com) and click “Before and After Care”.
Please note that you must register your child on your account prior to checking out. Go to your account settings and click “add a child” or click the “add a child” button on the Parent Portal Homepage.
Please note that you need to “check out” each child separately.
